A fuse of intentional yoga and functional movement flow to support and strengthen the pregnant and postpartum body. The class is co-taught by Courtney Satow and Nicole Foster - both leaders in the birth community and trained in prenatal/postpartum yoga, fitness and movement.
We will occasionally be inviting some amazing guest speakers from our South Bay pregnancy, birth and postpartum community.
Join us as we gather in community with other women to intentionally move our bodies, connect with our breath, and care for our whole selves as pregnant and new mothers.
Please register before class to guarantee your spot. Classes do fill up.
